Welcome to the San
Diego HRS Adoption site! This page will give you all the basic
information you need to help you decide if a rabbit is the right companion pet for your
family. The articles below will give you an idea of what to expect when you bring home a
new bunny, how to bunny proof your home before you get a bunny (very important!),
what supplies you'll need, and great ideas for
cages or pens to house your new best friend. We require all
rabbits adopted from us to be housed indoors, 100% of the time. Our next
scheduled adoption days are
Sundays,
Jan 8 & 22.
Please contact us in advance of this date, so our adoption counselors can work with
you to find the most appropriate rabbit for your family.

adopt@sandiegorabbits.org. If you don't hear
back from us within 48 hours, send an email to
adopt@sandiegorabbits.org
to ensure we got your application.
